Had my last day of class yesterday. The 5 of us ladies in class, with the excellent tutelage of our Chefs, put on a 6 course dinner for our friends and families. The dinner went well and now we are all set to go our separate ways. My way leads me to Paris, I have made lots of plans and am super excited to be at this next stage of my learning and my life.
I am packing my suitcases now and finding out that I have nothing but work and school clothes to wear...good thing I plan to be spending most of my time at work.
